  27. There are tools on Aminet, that read in either a catalog, a translation or
  28. a catalog description and show the text. So *anyone* can translate them,
  29. even without programming skills. IMO catalogs should be compiled. There is
  30. no need for ASCII files, there are tools, that allow one, who is
  31. interested, to do so.
