- There are tools on Aminet, that read in either a catalog, a translation or
- a catalog description and show the text. So *anyone* can translate them,
- even without programming skills. IMO catalogs should be compiled. There is
- no need for ASCII files, there are tools, that allow one, who is
- interested, to do so.
